This Privacy Policy explains how Virta UM (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit ModemCloudSkill (the “Site”). We act as the data controller and follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
- Technical data: when you visit, our hosting provider automatically records server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access, for security and to keep the Site running.
- Cookies and similar technologies: the Site may use essential cookies and, where you consent, analytics or advertising cookies to measure visits and the performance of our campaigns.
- Emails you send us: if you contact us, we keep your email address and message to answer you.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not run user accounts or take payments on this Site.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link, you leave our Site and the seller (for example the course provider on Thinkific) or an affiliate network may set cookies to record that you came from us. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

Third-party services

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 90 days, unless needed to investigate abuse. Correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to deal with your request.
