These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ModemCloudSkill (the “Site”), operated by Virta UM, Perämiehenkatu 12 e, 00150 Helsinki, Finland (phone +358 40 058 2403, email mika.hayrinen@mbww.com). By using the Site you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site publishes information about learning jump rope skills and about the Skipping Skills online course. It is a commercial, affiliate-supported website. We do not sell products or services directly.
2. Third-party purchases
Links on the Site may take you to third-party websites where you can buy products. Any purchase is made with that third party under its own terms, prices and refund policy. We are not a party to that transaction and accept no responsibility for it.
3. Accuracy of information
We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but product details and prices can change. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always confirm details on the seller’s website.
4. Health and safety
Exercise information on the Site is general in nature. You take part in any physical activity at your own risk and should seek medical advice where appropriate.
5. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and original graphics of the Site belong to Virta UM or its licensors. Photos are used under their respective licences. You may share links to our pages but may not copy substantial parts of the Site without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape it in a way that harms its operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Virta UM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or of third-party websites linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts, without prejudice to consumers’ rights to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
